You can help light the world by starting your career assembling headlights at an automotive manufacturing factory in Battle Creek!  We have  temp to hire production positions for immediate start on all shifts with a $200 Sign on Bonus!

• 1st shift: 6:30am-3pm, $13.00 per hour
• 2nd shift: 2:30pm-10pm, $13.50 per hour
• 3rd shift: 10pm-6:30am, $13.75 per hour
• Opportunity to earn an extra $2/hr with a monthly retention bonus through Jan
• Temperature checks and health screenings daily

Job Duties of assembler:

• Perform the specific duties of the assigned position using standardized work practices.
• Ensure quality products through proper handling and inspection of parts and processes.
• Understand and complete the positions role in supporting and maintaining all regulatory standards including but not limited to MiOSHA, quality and environmental systems.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other production duties in the manufacturing factory, at the direction of the group leader, supervisor or section manager.

Job Requirements

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
