ResourceMFG is NOW HIRING for WELDERS in New Holland with Case New Holland

Schedules available:

• 6:30PM - 3PM
  • Monday through Friday
• 10PM - 6:30AM
  • Sunday through Thursday

Job Description: 

Assemble and fabricate metal components to assist in the overall manufacturing of product lines in a manner consistent with company quality standards. 

Job Details: 

• Prepare and weld materials using a jig and electrical current to create heat and bond metals to other materials
• Operate welding machine that feeds wire to bond materials
• Interpret and implement blueprint instructions
• Determine welding position and type of metal to be fused
• Select an set up welding equipment
• Install bolts and caulk when required
• Ensure welds meet standards and specifications
• Ensure compliance with all company policies 
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Other tasks and duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Ability to stand duration of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to detect and report improper operation
• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Maintain a neat work area and keep equipment in a clean condition
• Ability to indicate roll shafts for Total Indicator Reading
