Tasks:
Working on production line making bread and croutons
Prepping raw product for dehydration process Cutting
kneading and working large amounts of raw dough
preparing for backing
Removing baking/dehydration trays from ovens
Stacking large food trays on rack and tray tables
Labeling
making boxes
Weighing
preparing and packaging finished product
Palletizing up to 25lbs
It's a hot environment with about 10 degrees higher than the outside temperature.
3 months experience working in a food production environment
Strong work ethic and organizational skills
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
