Molding Machine Operators are needed at a client of ours, located in Lansing, MI. Pay for the Molding Machine Operators starts out at $16 hourly. If you are looking to work for a company with great benefits and an even better company culture, apply now!

1^st Shift – 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

3^rd Shift – 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Duties include:

• Observe continuous operation of automatic machines and secondary equipment to ensure that products meet specifications and to detect jams or malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary.
• Measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimension defects to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.
• Turn valves and dials of machines to regulate pressure, temperature, and speed and feed rates, and to set cycle times.
