Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, cleaning debris from sidewalk and maintaining clean work environment, ensuring all areas are safe as well as operating commercial buffer to clean the floors.
