Performance to hire Opportunity

Hours: 1st shift

Location: Chatsworth CA 91311

Summary: Maintains all stock inventories and pulls orders for manufacturing according to designated work orders by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Oversees and maintains all stock inventories for warehouse daily.
Follows daily manufacturing work orders giving special attention to various materials.
Maneuvers heavy materials with the use of fork lift and pallet and hand truck as required.
Unloads shipping truck as required.
Maintains and ensures all machines are functioning according to established work standards.*
Assists shipping area with package procedures as requested.
Reports any concerns or discrepancies to management.
Maintains tools, gauges and equipment in a clean, orderly and safe manner.
Complies with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations.*
Assist with filling orders in a warehouse setting.
Help manage the warehouse and inventory and package goods as part of the supply chain staff.
Pick order tickets and process them by completing any required paperwork, locating items in the warehouse, moving them to the processing and shipping area and scanning their barcode.
Using RF scanners to ensure that all orders and inventory are accurately tracked.
Pack orders and prepare them to be shipped.
Inspect the items to ensure that they’re not damaged or missing any parts, package them according to specifications and transport them carefully as needed to bring them to shipping facilities.
Forklift Experience a MUST
UPS Worldship experience preferred
Rating Shipments and Scheduling trucks experience preferred
