Move pallets and packages containing items to be inspected to designated areas
Review supplier records, Device History Records (DHR) And Quality-Related Documents for accuracy and completeness
Sample product to established sampling plans
Perform dimensional/functional/visual inspections and tests on incoming items
Enter inspection results and associated documents into a custom database.
Generate Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMR) for Non-Conforming Materials
Set-up and calibrate measuring and test equipment, record inspection results
Follow all Quality System Practices and sops as defined by company policies, practices and procedures
Provide input to Internal and External Quality Audits as needed
Ensure safe and effective work atmosphere and practices by participating in and performing safety training, and maintaining good housekeeping practices within the 5S Guidelines
Prioritize assignments and manage time effectively, and maintain positive attitude when handling multiple project demands
Foster good working relationship with co-workers and able to work collaboratively in a team Environment with general supervision
Must be familiar with a variety of technical precision measuring instruments used to ensure performance of components or finished devices according to established engineering instructions or quality practice standards.
Must read and understand product test results and certifications
High School Diploma or GED
1+ year experience in QC/Manufacturing
Proficient computer knowledge, Microsoft Outlook, MS Word.
