How do I get a job with you?

First, complete our application process. We want to fully assess your skills and experience so we can consider the best employment options for you.

Once I apply how soon will I get a job?

This is based on the positions available. Many offices have positions open right now.

What jobs are available?

This is completely based on our customers' needs. We are receiving and filling positions constantly with new and existing customers. Our clients' needs might range from entry-level people to highly-skilled workers such as welders, machinists, and manufacturing maintenance professionals.

Does ResourceMFG have jobs only in manufacturing?

Yes. That is our entire focus. We believe that specialization results in better matches for both you and our client.

Who are some of your customers?

This varies from location to location. We service a wide range of manufacturers representing industries like automotive, food, and machining to name just a few.

How long before I can get hired by the company you are sending me to?

Again, this will vary from company to company. More and more clients are choosing the direct hire option. For others, it typically calculates based on hours worked. The standard may be as little as 360 hours up to 720 hours. The important thing to remember is that each client usually has many factors to consider prior to making a hiring decision. These can be any combination of budget constraints, business projections, and most importantly, individual performance!

What kind of benefits are available?

ResourceMFG offers holiday pay, referral bonus, and IRA retirement plan and all require certain qualifications must be met for eligibility. We also offer health benefits for purchase which include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Term Life, and Short Term Disability.  Your recruiter will be glad to discuss these in more detail with you.

How and when do I get paid?

You are paid weekly for the prior week worked. We pay using the ComData Pay Card. With our paycard system employees can choose to automatically direct deposit their pay through an automatic transfer through the card, or they can use the card as an ATM/Debit Card or Point of Sale Credit Card. Certain rules apply so please see our pay card brochure for clarification.
